Symmetrical Draw-wire Position Sensor For Lifting Stage
E company is a British company engaged in multimedia system integration, and it needs to use the draw-wire position sensor to measure the displacement of the object. The special feature is that the device requires a set of symmetrical displacement sensors to measure displacement at the same time. To this end, we have specially developed a mirrored displacement sensor for the customer. The built-in measuring wheel and sensor rotate in the opposite direction, and the outlet position is exactly the opposite of the original draw-wire positon sensor. Such a group of sensors output the same signal in a symmetrical form under the same working conditions.
At the same time, taking into account the customer’s working environment, we provide an isolated output circuit, the linear accuracy is increased from the conventional 0.25% FS to 0.1% FS, and the signal cable length is customized to 3 meters.
