The transmission range is set in the ED-18 parameter, the ED-24 parameter is the transmission zero adjustment, and the ED-25 parameter is the transmission gain adjustment.
Take the regulation current as an example:
Use the DC current gear of the multimeter, connect the red probe to terminal 2 and the black probe to terminal 1. To clear the load on the load cell, press the K4 key of the indicator to reset. Enter the second group of parameters by entering the password 105, enter the ED-24 parameter by pressing the K4 key, press the K4 key to move the blinking digit, and the K3 key to increase the blinking digit to increase or decrease the value in the ED-24 parameter. After confirming by K1, the current value of the multimeter will increase or decrease correspondingly. For every 10 digits modified, the current value will change by 0.05ma until the required zero current value is adjusted. It will be adjusted to 4mA if it is modified to about 800. After the confirmation is completed, enter the ED-25 parameter. At this time, add a weight to the load cell and calculate the corresponding current value of the weight. If the multimeter displays incorrectly, adjust the output current by increasing or decreasing the ED-25 parameter value.
Take regulating voltage as an example:
Use the multimeter voltage range, connect the red probe to terminal 1, and the black probe to terminal 2, clear the load on the load cell, and press the K4 key of the meter to reset. Enter the second group of parameters by password 105, enter the ED-24 parameters by pressing K4, K4 to move the blinking digit, K3 to increase the blinking digit, to increase or decrease the value in the ED-24 parameter, press K1 to confirm , The voltage value of the multimeter will increase or decrease accordingly until it is adjusted to the required zero point voltage. After the confirmation is completed, enter the ED-25 parameter. At this time, add the weight to the load cell and calculate the corresponding voltage value of the weight. If the multimeter displays incorrectly, adjust the output voltage by increasing or decreasing the ED-25 parameter value.
